According to the requirements of our clients, Lantu ebike designer will finish the electric bike design drawings and the configuration sheet for our clients. Before the bulk production, it will besent to the clients to confirmation.
Configuration
Based on the customized performance requirements provided by our clients, our engineers provide suitable battery capacity, motor power, brake and control system parameters.
Production Assembly & Testing
According to the customer’s needs, choose the appropriate brand accessories, including body, tires, motor, controller, battery, etc., to complete the assembly of electric bike. Fully assembled e-bikes are ride tested to ensure that your product is safe, stable and running exactly as promised to the customer.

Firstly custom ebikes are definitely accepted by Lantu ebike.
The lead time for custom models is usually from 14 to 60 working days depends on the final design, requirements, and chosen parts. We will have our own technical people contact you for all details.
Delivery & Shipping
There are a few shipping method for you to choose. For example, by air, by train or by sea. We will provide the best shipping method once we got your detailed address and then give you the best shipping solution.
Normally the shipping time by air is about 14 working days while it’s about 45 working days by sea.
All cost will be declared before shipment gets proceeded.

How Do I Maintain My Ebike Battery?

Use the manufacturer’s recommended charger and charging procedures. Charging the battery incorrectly can affect its performance and lifespan.

Clean the battery with a soft, dry cloth if it gets dirty or wet. Do not use water or harsh chemicals on the battery.

Check the battery level periodically and recharge it before it gets completely depleted. Some ebike models come with a battery indicator that shows the level of charge remaining.

If you’re not using your ebike for an extended period, it’s best to remove the battery and store it separately. This can help to prevent any drain on the battery and extend its lifespan.
